Mr. Ballas' practice focuses on all aspects of general and complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on complex litigation matters involving product liability, toxic torts, including asbestos litigation, employment law, business litigation and appellate issues.

Mr. Ballas is admitted to all Courts of the State of California; U.S. District Courts of the Central, Eastern and Southern Districts of California; and is a member of the State Bar of California.

Mr. Ballas is and has been a contributing editor for the California chapters of Tort Liability Desk Reference (2007-present), Product Liability Desk Reference (2007-present), and Business Torts: A Fifty-State Guide (2019-present), each of which is published annually by CCH Incorporated; managing editors Mort F. Daller and Nicholas Daller.
