Jorge Burgos has experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including trial, with an emphasis in product liability, mass tort and other complex matters, and commercial litigation.  Mr. Burgos has developed a specialty in the representation of product manufacturers who must defend themselves in the United States against claims arising from incidents that occur outside of the United States, and the analysis of issues related to jurisdiction, forum non conveniens ('FNC'), venue, choice of law and discovery abroad.
